U.S. orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 4-7 business days.

Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days)

2-3 business days.

Excluding weekends. Not available to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

PerfumeUSA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Perfume USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safely and sound. 

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 14-28 business days. There are no returns for international orders.
